Dr. Tushar Devidas Rege, Surgeon, is a practicing surgeon from Mumbai and has put in about 30 years of private practice in Central Mumbai. He felt the need to start a speciality centre dealing exclusively with foot problems in diabetics seeing the increasing number of diabetics as well as the complications of diabetes, specially the foot. The mission was to give time and focus to the affected foot and try and prevent an amputation wherever possible by a systematic and scientific approach to the problem.
